Fabric rolling curtain, designed to protect an area from the spread of fire and to reduce the heat radiation.

  • Curtain consisting of a woven reinforced glass fibre fabric, coiling on a prime-painted steel barrel.
  • Hot galvanized steel head casing, prepared for face or soffit fixing.
  • Hot galvanized steel side guides.
  • 230 V AC 50 Hz tubular drive, short-term duty S2: 4 min. Opening/closing speed approx. 10 cm/s.
  • Control unit with storage battery. In case of power failure the battery will maintain the functions for some time and keep the curtain open. Incl. potential free break contact for remote release e.g. by central fire control unit.
  • In case of fire the curtain will close without electrical power, even if the contact to the control box is disconnected (self-closing, gravity failsafe).
  • Incl. optical smoke detectors (2 per 4 m width).
  • Siren with flasher being triggered automatically in case of a fire alarm (acc. to EN 12604).
  • 1 emergency push button.
  • UP-STOP-DOWN foil keyboard, integrated in the control box.
  • Self-hold (impulse control) to open, dead man’s control to close.
